Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Cartlogue, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help—under specific conditions.

  • For general items, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • For premium or limited edition items, the return window is 7 days from delivery.

After these periods, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • You must include proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

  • Products must be returned in a resellable condition.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Health and hygiene-related items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Final sale or clearance items


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In certain cases, partial refunds may be approved:

  • Items not in original condition

  • Missing parts not due to our error

  • Returns initiated after the return window (but within a reasonable grace period)


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will email you a confirmation of receipt.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Reach out to your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email us at [email protected] with your order details and issue photos (if applicable).


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase:

  • You’ll receive store credit once the return is approved.

  • If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.


Return Instructions

To return a product:

  • Contact us at [email protected] for the return address and RMA authorization.

  • You are responsible for shipping costs for returns.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For valuable items, consider using a trackable shipping service or insurance.
